Description
Soy yogurt can be replaced with either crushed soybeans and cocoa or nuts and chocolate.
Ingredients
- Skim Milk - 2 qt
- Fructose - to taste
- Bananas - 8.8 oz
- Apple - 8.8 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 8.8 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Soy Vanilla Milk - 4.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a 2-liter blender, pour in the milk, and add fructose to taste (it is 1.8 times sweeter than sugar), blend for one minute.
Step 2
Add the soy yogurt, ice cream, and chopped fruits, and blend for 3 minutes at maximum speed.
Step 3
Optionally, add mint, cinnamon, or ginger and blend a little more.
Step 4
Pour into glasses/bottles and drink 100 ml before and after workouts every day.
