Ingredients
- Star anise - 5 pieces
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice - 2 qt
- Cider - 24 fl oz
- Ginger Green Wine - 1 qt
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 15.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pitcher, mix the cranberry juice, reserving 1.5 cups, ginger ale, and cider.
Step 2
Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice from one half. Slice the other half into thin rounds and add to the punch.
Step 3
Place the berries in ice cube trays and fill with water. Freeze.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the reserved cranberry juice and 4-5 star anise seeds. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and cool. Add to the punch.
Step 5
Before serving, add the ice with berries to the punch and serve immediately.
