Description

For making the liqueur, it is important to use purified drinking water, ideally mineral water without gas.

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon - 2 pieces
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Ground clove - 5 pieces
  • Honey - 14.1 oz
  • Vodka - 10 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the alcohol and 60 ml of water into a bottle, add the lemon zest (juice is not needed), cinnamon, and cloves. Close and let it sit for 10 days.

Step 2

Pour the honey into a pot and add 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat until it reduces by half. Cool down. Strain the infusion and mix with the syrup. Seal and let it sit for 30 days. If desired, strain to remove sediment.
