- Pork fat - 17.6 oz
- Salt - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Khmeli-suneli - 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the lard and dry it. Make incisions with a sharp knife.
Step 2
Slice the garlic into thin pieces. Insert the garlic into the incisions of the lard.
Step 3
Rub the lard with salt and spices. Roll it in the cumin seeds.
Step 4
Wrap the lard in plastic wrap.
Step 5
Place it in the refrigerator for three days.
