Spiced mulled wine with ginger and honey

Ingredients

  • Red Grape Juice - 50 fl oz
  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Orange juice concentrate - 7 fl oz
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Cinnamon - 1 piece
  • Grated Ginger Root - 2.3 oz
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground clove - 3 pieces
  • Cardamom - 0.2 oz
  • Lemon - 1 wedge

Slice the oranges into rounds, cut the apples into half-moons, and slice the ginger thinly.

Add the honey.

Add the juice of 1 lemon wedge.

Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 10 more minutes. Then remove from heat and let steep for another 10–15 minutes.
