Description

Ingredients

  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Veal Tenderloin - 2 lbs
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ tablespoon
  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the carrots on a fine grater, mix with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and ground bay leaf until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 2

Make incisions all over the surface of the beef, push the spice and carrot mixture into them. Rub the remaining mixture over the surface of the meat.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 356°F, place the meat in a roasting bag, making sure to leave a small opening (if this is not done, the bag may burst, and the meat will turn out dry). Leave in the oven for about 3–3.5 hours.

Step 4

It is best to serve the meat cold as an appetizer to the main dish.
