Ingredients
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 head
- Ocean salt - ½ teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets.
Step 2
Pour water into a pot, add the broccoli, and place it on the heat. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes or strips (whichever you prefer, but the strips should not be very long, a maximum of 3–4 cm).
Step 4
When the broccoli is cooked, drain the boiling water and place the florets in a skillet. Sauté for a couple of minutes in olive oil.
Step 5
Add the chopped bell pepper to the broccoli. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves (3–4 cloves).
Step 7
Add the garlic, mix, and cover with a lid to let the dish absorb the garlic aroma.
Step 8
Serve as a standalone dish with rye bread.
