Spicy bruschetta with quail eggs

- Ciabatta - 1 piece
- Quail Egg - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1½ teaspoons
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- 20% Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers - 0.2 oz
- Dill - 2 sprigs
- Mild Chili Spice - a pinch
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the bread in a dry skillet until golden brown.
Step 2
In a heated saucepan, add the eggs to the oil.
Step 3
Add salt. As soon as the whites set, remove from heat.
Step 4
Spread mustard on the bread.
Step 5
Finely chop the jalapeño.

Add sour cream and jalapeño on top of the bread.
