- Mild Chili Spice - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplants into thick strips lengthwise and fry them on both sides in plenty of vegetable oil until golden brown, remembering to season with salt.
