- Water - 5 fl oz
- Tomatoes in their own juice - 3.5 oz
- Canned White Beans - 1.1 oz
- Pasta - 1.1 oz
- Red Onion - 0.4 oz
- Pitted olives - 0.4 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 0.2 oz
- Red Dry Wine - 0.2 oz
- Butter - 0.1 oz
- Garlic - 0 oz
- Thyme - ½ g
- Basil - ½ g
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ g
- Sugar - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the onion into 5x5 mm cubes and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
In a heated skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in butter.
Step 3
Add the wine and evaporate the excess moisture.
Step 4
Blend the tomatoes and combine them with the onion and garlic.
Step 5
Add the resulting mixture to boiling water and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Add sliced olives and beans (you can use beans in tomato sauce).
Step 7
Cook for another 5-7 minutes, then season with spices and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 8
Cook the pasta separately and serve it in portions when serving.
