Ingredients
- Coho salmon fillet - 35.3 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Orange juice concentrate - 10 fl oz
- Ocean salt - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the Norwegian salmon by filleting it with the skin on, but without bones. Crush the cumin with a rolling pin and finely chop the dill.
Step 2
Reduce the orange juice by three times. Mix the dill, cumin, and reduced orange juice together. Place the salmon on a tray skin side down.
Step 3
Spread the juice and spice mixture on top, sprinkle with coarse salt, cover with a damp cloth, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Step 4
Then remove the salt and marinade, and slice the salmon thinly.
Step 5
When serving, garnish the dish with dill, lettuce leaves, lemon, olives, and fresh cucumbers.
