- Chickpea - 14.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine paprika, fennel seeds, ginger, and cumin and blend in a blender. Heat the spice mixture in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the canned chickpeas and mix with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add the heated spices and mix. Pour the resulting mixture with water and warm it up.
