- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Salt - 2 spoons

- Bay leaf - 2 pieces

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sterilize the jar and lid over steam for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the pepper, dry it, and cut it into rings.
Step 4
Place the peppers in a sterilized jar.
Step 5
In a pot, combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and spices.
Step 6
Bring to a boil and cook until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 7
Pour the hot marinade into the jar.
Step 8
Seal the jar.
Step 9
Invert and cover with a blanket. Leave it until completely cooled.
Step 10
Store in the refrigerator and serve with your favorite dishes.
