Ingredients
- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chinese green beans - 1.8 oz
- Cilantro - 3 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Red Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients except for the oil in a large bowl. For this, pass the pork through a meat grinder, chop the beef, green beans (into small pieces), cilantro, onion, and garlic, and lightly beat the egg. Knead everything with wet hands until homogeneous. Roll the resulting mixture into balls and shape them into patties about 5 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or regular frying pan. Fry the patties a few at a time for 5 minutes on each side until they achieve an even brown color. Alternatively, they can be grilled on a barbecue or grill. Serve with fresh cilantro leaves.
