Description
They can be served with a side dish or as a snack with beer.
Ingredients
- Duck wings - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - ½ l
- Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - ½ glasses
- Cayenne Pepper - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a pot, crack an egg into it, add half a cup of milk, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and one tablespoon of paprika. Whisk everything together with a mixer.
Step 2
Add about half a cup of flour to the liquid mixture. Whisk everything again with a mixer. You need enough flour so that the consistency resembles either thick kefir or thin sour cream.
Step 3
Cut the wings into pieces: divide them into 3 parts. Set aside the tip (the pointed end), as we won't need it.
Step 4
Add the remaining parts to the pot with the liquid from step 2.
Step 5
Take a resealable plastic bag and add the remaining one and a half cups of flour. Then, add the remaining tablespoon of paprika and the teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Seal the bag tightly and shake it to mix the spices with the flour.
Step 6
Pour the oil into a deep frying pan or saucepan and heat it up.
Step 7
While the oil is heating, take 5-6 pieces of chicken from the pot, place them in a bag, and shake. The flour will stick to the chicken, creating a coating.
Step 8
Remove from the bag and place in the skillet. While one batch is frying, add the next pieces to the flour in the bag. Repeat this process in a conveyor-like manner. There is no need to fry for long; a light golden crust is sufficient.
