Ingredients
- Zucchini - 24.7 oz
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Honey - ½ teaspoon
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Sweet Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground red pepper - ⅓ teaspoon
- Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and cut the zucchini into sticks about 1x1 cm thick and wide, or up to 1.5 cm.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, mustard, paprika, red pepper, coriander, and garlic. Stir well.
Step 3
Take a frying pan and heat it to maximum temperature, then pour in sunflower oil.
Step 4
When the oil is hot, add the sliced zucchini. Sauté over high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 6 minutes.
Step 5
Add the prepared sauce to the zucchini and sauté everything for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
