- Frozen spinach discs - 1.8 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 3.5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.2 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 0.2 oz
- Italian chopped parsley - 0.2 oz

Step 1
Thaw the spinach, and if it is not chopped, cut it and set it aside. Also, chop the salmon.

Cook 2 cups of rice.

Once the rice is cooked, add the spinach and salmon to the pan, season to taste, but be careful not to overdo it, as the rice is bland and the salmon is salty, which will enhance the flavor. It's better to use basil, oregano, and Italian herbs. After the spinach and salmon release their juices, add the rice and mix everything together until the flavor is evenly distributed. You can top it with cheese (preferably hard cheese).
