Ingredients
- Lentils - 7.1 oz
- Water - 1½ l
- Spinach - 5.3 oz
- Ghee - 2.8 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Green peppercorns - 5.3 oz
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the lentils until they are partially tender.
Step 2
Add sautéed onions and julienned bell peppers cooked in clarified butter to the lentils.
Step 3
Cook until ready. Two minutes before serving, add chopped fresh spinach and cilantro to the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
