Ingredients
- Frozen spinach discs - 10.9 oz
- Onion - 1.2 oz
- Celery salt - 0.2 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds - 0.3 oz
- Ground coriander - 1 oz
- Dill - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Scallions - 0.2 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 2.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the vegetables.
Step 2
Submerge the spinach leaves in hot water for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the spinach in a colander to remove excess water. Pat dry.
Step 4
Blend all the vegetables until finely chopped.
Step 5
Grind the nuts in a mortar.

Combine the vegetables and nuts.

Form balls weighing 50 grams from the nut and vegetable mixture.

Arrange the pkhali on a flat plate.
