Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry - 1 piece
  • Cream 22% - 5 fl oz
  • Feta cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Spinach - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Italian chopped parsley - to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, do not grease. Place the pastry in the dish. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork.

Step 3

Put it in the oven (356°F) for 5-7 minutes to let the pastry set slightly.

Step 4

Meanwhile, sauté the chopped spinach in a pan without salt. Add the feta cheese. Mix well.

Step 5

Place the filling in the pastry-lined dish. In a separate bowl, crack the egg and pour in the cream, add the herbs, and mix.

Step 6

Pour the resulting mixture over the filling in the dish. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Before serving, you can sprinkle with grated cheese.
