- Puff Pastry - 1 piece
- Cream 22% - 5 fl oz
- Feta cheese - 5.3 oz
- Spinach - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3.5 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, do not grease. Place the pastry in the dish. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork.

Put it in the oven (356°F) for 5-7 minutes to let the pastry set slightly.

Meanwhile, sauté the chopped spinach in a pan without salt. Add the feta cheese. Mix well.

Place the filling in the pastry-lined dish. In a separate bowl, crack the egg and pour in the cream, add the herbs, and mix.
