- Spinach - 17.6 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 2.1 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Pour a little water into a pot and add the spinach. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water and rinse under cold water. Squeeze out the excess water.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the spinach, egg yolks, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form and gently fold in the spinach mixture. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3
For the filling, mix the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, and zest. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the cheese filling, capers, and salmon over the baked layer. Roll it up and refrigerate for a few hours.
