Ingredients
- Rice Paper - 1 piece
- Imitation Crab - 1 piece
- Napa Cabbage - 0 oz
- Cucumbers - 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 1½ teaspoons
- Arugula - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumber and cut it into a long stick (about 10 cm).
Step 2
Separate the green part of the Napa cabbage.
Step 3
Spread cream cheese on it.
Step 4
Season with black pepper.
Step 5
Top with arugula, cucumber, and the white part of the Napa cabbage.
Step 6
Add imitation crab sticks and mayonnaise.
Step 7
Soak the rice paper in water for a few seconds, then transfer it to a cutting board.
Step 8
Place the filling at the edge.
Step 9
Roll the paper into a roll.
Step 10
Using a knife dipped in cold water, cut the roll into two or three pieces and serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
