Description
In this recipe, vegetables can be wrapped in Armenian lavash, rice paper, or corn tortillas. You can dip this roll either in soy sauce with lemon juice or in a sweet and spicy chili sauce.

- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Banana Leaves - 5 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - ½ heads
- Napa Cabbage - 1.8 oz
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Julienne the cucumbers, carrots, and napa cabbage.
Step 2
Finely chop the tomatoes and mix them with the flesh of the avocado, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and finely chopped onion.
Step 3
On a sheet of Armenian lavash, place lettuce leaves, spread them with a paste made of avocado and tomatoes, and add a mixture of julienned cucumber, carrot, and cabbage.
Step 4
Roll it up and cut into pieces so that all the components of the roll are visible in the cross-section.
