Ingredients
- Squid - 24.7 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Salt - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pour hot water over the frozen squid for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Clean the squid, remove the film, and take out the chitinous plate.
Step 4
Boil 3 liters of water, add salt, drop in the squid, and cook on high heat for 3–4 minutes after boiling, then cool.
Step 5
Peel the apples, remove the cores.
Step 6
Cut the apples into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 7
Slice the cooled squid lengthwise into strips, then crosswise into cubes, like the apples.
Step 8
Drain the brine from the green peas, add the peas to the apples and squid.

Boil the eggs hard, then cut them into cubes.
