Ingredients
- Squid - 7.1 oz
- Suluguni Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
- Dill - 0.2 oz
- Scallions - 0.4 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Tartlets - 20 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Hard boil the eggs, cool them in cold water, peel, and cut into 5 mm cubes.
Step 3
Add the cleaned squid to boiling water, let the water come to a boil again, then remove the squid and transfer them to ice water.
Step 4
Slice the squid into strips.
Step 5
Cut the fresh cucumbers into matchstick pieces.
Step 6
Cut the smoked cheese into 5 mm cubes.
Step 7
Finely chop the dill. Slice the green onion into rings.
Step 8
Mix the squid, cheese, eggs, cucumbers, dill, and green onions in a bowl.
Step 9
Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and all the other ingredients, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 10
Fill the tartlet shells with the filling.
Step 11
Serve the squid and sulguni tartlets at the festive table.
