Place the frozen squid in a bowl, pour boiling water over them, and remove the skin and innards. Cut into rings.

Mix the squid with mustard and let it sit for 2 hours.

Step 3

Beat the two eggs and add the crushed mustard seeds.

Step 4

First, coat the squid rings in flour, then dip them in the egg mixture.

Fry until golden brown.
