Squid sautéed in pomegranate sauce with peas

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Green Peas - 10.6 oz
  • Squid - 123.5 oz
  • Goji Berries - 3 tablespoons
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses - 4 tablespoons
  • Chia Seeds - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Add green peas. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Clean the squid and cut it into strips.

Step 3

Sauté in vegetable oil with the addition of goji berries and pomegranate sauce for no more than 5 minutes. Prolonged cooking makes the squid tough.

Step 4

Place the cooked squid and green peas on a plate. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and chia seeds. Cooking time is 10 minutes. The recipe serves 2.
