- Green Peas - 10.6 oz
- Squid - 123.5 oz
- Goji Berries - 3 tablespoons
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 4 tablespoons
- Chia Seeds - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Add green peas. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Clean the squid and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Sauté in vegetable oil with the addition of goji berries and pomegranate sauce for no more than 5 minutes. Prolonged cooking makes the squid tough.
Step 4
