  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sumac - 0.4 oz
  • Smoked salt - 0.2 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Clean the squid and cut them into large pieces, making a crisscross pattern on them.
