- Dill - 1.8 oz
- Mint - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1.1 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sumac - 0.4 oz
- Smoked salt - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the squid and cut them into large pieces, making a crisscross pattern on them.
Step 2
Sauté the squid with minced garlic in a mixture of butter and olive oil for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Then add sumac, smoked paprika, pepper, salt, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir well.
Step 4
Immediately add the chopped herbs and remove from heat.
