  • Baby Bok Choy - 19.4 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 teaspoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1½ teaspoons
  • Grated Lemon Zest - ½ teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mirin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Rinse the bok choy well and separate into leaves.

Step 3

In a baking dish, combine the bok choy leaves, oil, minced garlic, and a little salt. Bake in the oven, stirring occasionally, for about 6 minutes until tender but with slightly crisp centers.

Step 4

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the lemon zest, lemon juice, tarragon, mirin, and a little black pepper.

Step 5

Transfer the bok choy to a serving dish and drizzle with the dressing.
