- Baby Bok Choy - 19.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 teaspoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1½ teaspoons
- Grated Lemon Zest - ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mirin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Rinse the bok choy well and separate into leaves.
Step 3
In a baking dish, combine the bok choy leaves, oil, minced garlic, and a little salt. Bake in the oven, stirring occasionally, for about 6 minutes until tender but with slightly crisp centers.
