Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 3.9 oz
- Broccoli - 6.2 oz
- Leek - 2 stalks
- Scallions - 6 pieces
- Baby Bok Choy - 9.7 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 piece
- Peanut Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Apple Wine - 2 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ piece
- Powdered Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Clean the leek, cut it in half lengthwise. Chop 4 green onion stalks. Cut the ginger root, about 5 cm in size, into strips.
Step 3
Cut the bok choy lengthwise into 6 pieces.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan, add the ginger and garlic, and stir-fry for 10 seconds, then add the cauliflower and broccoli. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute, then add the leek.
Step 5
Stir in the green onion, bok choy, soy sauce, rice wine, 75 ml of water, and sugar.
Step 6
Reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Serve the vegetables, garnished with green onion and thinly sliced chili pepper.
