- Champignons - 5 pieces
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Raw cane sugar - ½ spoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Oyster Mushrooms - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables and mushrooms in advance. Slice the mushrooms lengthwise into thin strips, and cut the peppers crosswise into strips. It's better if the peppers are of different colors.
Step 2
In a preheated wok, pour in sesame oil and start sautéing the mushrooms, stirring vigorously. As soon as the mushrooms begin to brown, add the sliced peppers and continue to cook until the peppers are tender.
Step 3
After that, pour soy sauce and oyster sauce into the wok, add the cane sugar, mix everything well, and cook for about another minute. Add sesame seeds, mix again, remove from heat, and cover with a lid.
Step 4
Serve hot or cold, either as a side dish or as a standalone appetizer.
