Ingredients
- Almond - 16 fl oz
- Tapioca - 1.1 oz
- Vanilla extract - ¼ teaspoon
- Ice - 5 pieces
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 16 fl oz
- Peanut Butter - 0.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - to taste
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine 240 ml of almond milk and tapioca. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Then place over high heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and add vanilla. Allow to cool.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the remaining almond milk, cooled tapioca, ice, strawberries, almond butter, and sugar substitute. Blend until smooth and pour into glasses. Top with sliced almonds.
