Description

- Water - 2 cups
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 12.3 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2.5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.2 oz
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- White Balsamic Cream - 1 cup

Step 1
Peel the lemons and squeeze out the juice.
Step 2
In a saucepan over high heat, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Cook until the sugar is dissolved, then stir in the strawberries, mint, chopped ginger, lemon zest, and juice. Return to medium heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Then remove from heat and stir in the balsamic vinegar.
Step 4
Let the syrup sit at room temperature overnight, then strain. Chill.
