Description

An excellent and very simple way to prepare the neck, which many people do not consider as the basis for a dish. In addition to the neck, you will need chicken fat, which is easier to buy separately.

  • Chicken Back - 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken skin with fat - 5.3 oz
  • Onion - 3 heads
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Make a cut around the chicken neck skin and carefully remove the skin, then clean and rinse it.

Step 2

Mix the flour with finely chopped fat, finely diced cracklings, and finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well. Sew the processed neck of the chicken at the narrow end and loosely fill it with the prepared stuffing.

Step 3

After that, sew up the wide edge of the neck and boil it in chicken broth. Before serving, remove the threads from the neck and slice it into portion-sized pieces.
