- Dill - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste

- Chicken Drumstick - 1 piece
- Doctor's Sausage - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the chicken thigh from the bone, pound it, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, crumble the finely chopped doctor's sausage and herbs into it, and fry a thin omelet in the shape of a pancake in a skillet.

Place the omelet onto the prepared meat and roll it tightly into a roll. Wrap it in cheesecloth, tie the ends, and boil in salted water for 1 hour.
