Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Chicken Drumstick - 1 piece
  • Doctor's Sausage - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the chicken thigh from the bone, pound it, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, crumble the finely chopped doctor's sausage and herbs into it, and fry a thin omelet in the shape of a pancake in a skillet.

Step 3

Place the omelet onto the prepared meat and roll it tightly into a roll. Wrap it in cheesecloth, tie the ends, and boil in salted water for 1 hour.

Step 4

Then place it in a pot with a small weight on top and let it cool.

Step 5

Slice and serve.
