Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs - 12 pieces
- Cake crumbs - ½ cup
- Sour Cream - 2½ tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard in boiling water. Drain and let them sit in ice water for a while. Peel.
Step 2
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set aside 6 yolks for another recipe — they won't be needed.
Step 3
In a bowl, mash the remaining 6 yolks, add the breadcrumbs, sour cream, green onions, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Fill the egg whites with the mixture and place on a serving dish. Sprinkle paprika on top.
