Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 10 pieces
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Mustard Greens - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Simultaneously, boil the eggs hard. Peel them, cut in half, and remove the yolks.
Step 3
Mix the onion with sour cream, mustard, and salt. Transfer the onion mixture into a piping bag and fill each half of the egg with it.
Step 4
Sprinkle the eggs with grated yolks and garnish with chopped herbs.
