  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Water - 4 fl oz
  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1.8 oz
  • Canned Corn - 2.8 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
  • Chinese green beans - to taste

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
