Stuffed Mushrooms with Tomato and Garlic
Ingredients
- Morels - 24 pieces
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 0.3 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine - 3 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.3 teaspoons
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 3 stems
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wipe the caps, but do not wash them.
Step 2
Finely chop the stems and sauté in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then add tomato, wine, crushed garlic, pepper, and salt to the sautéed mushrooms and cook on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Add breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Step 5
Stuff the caps with the prepared filling, place them on a greased baking sheet, bottom side up, and put in a preheated oven (to 428°F) for 10 minutes, frequently drizzling with vegetable oil.
Step 6
Serve hot or cold.
