- Onion - 1 head
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms. Separate the stems from the caps.
Step 2
Sauté the mushroom stems and onion in a small amount of vegetable oil. Let cool.
Step 3
Add finely chopped peeled tomatoes, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Step 4
Using a spoon, fill the mushroom caps with the stuffing, and sprinkle with hard cheese on top.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
