Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 1.4 oz
- Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Basil - 2 sprigs
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
- White Balsamic Cream - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour kefir into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Crack in the eggs.
Step 3
Add cornstarch.
Step 4
Add erythritol and a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Add baking soda.
Step 6
Mix with a mixer.
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and salt them. Separate the basil leaves from the stems.

Heat oil in a skillet. Pour the mixture in portions into the skillet.
