Ingredients
- Squid - 21.2 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- White bread - 1.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the squid, wash, dry, and cut off the tentacles.
Step 2
Boil the eggs and sauté the onion in butter.
Step 3
Prepare a mixture of white bread, onion, eggs, and crushed garlic with salt.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and stuff the squid bags with the mixture. Tie the squid to prevent the filling from spilling out.
Step 5
To prepare the gelatin, take 12 grams of gelatin, 1 egg white, and 240 ml of water.
Step 6
Dissolve the pre-soaked gelatin in cold water in the broth (480–600 ml), bring to a boil, and strain through a cloth.
Step 7
To clarify, add the beaten egg white, stir well, bring to a boil again, and strain once more.
Step 8
Stew the squid, cut into portions, place on a plate, and pour over the gelatin.
