  • Veal - 3.5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
  • Scallions - 0.4 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Dill - 0.2 oz
  • Green peppercorns - 0.4 oz
  • Sour Cream - 0.7 oz
  • Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

From half of the yolk, oil, and vinegar, prepare a mayonnaise sauce, mix it with sour cream, then chop the boiled egg whites, and finely chop the onion and pepper.

Step 2

Cut the boiled or fried veal into small cubes and mix with the egg whites, herbs, and half of the sauce.

Step 3

After that, cut off the tops of two tomatoes from the stem side, remove the core from the tomatoes, finely chop it, and add it to the filling, which will be used to fill the tomatoes.

Step 4

Before serving, drizzle the tomatoes with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
