- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 2 heads
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the inner flesh from the vegetables and chop it finely.
Step 2
Boil the rice in salted water.
Step 3
Mix the chopped vegetables with the ground beef and cooked rice, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Stuff the vegetables with the prepared mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, and place in an oven preheated to 374°F. Bake for 25 minutes.
