Stuffed White Mushrooms with Crab

Ingredients

  • Crab Meat - 7.1 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Scallions - 1.8 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 tablespoons
  • Aspen mushrooms - 10 pieces
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ground Dried Garlic - a pinch
  • Herbs - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the chopped crab meat with cream cheese, finely chopped green onions, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and spices. Beat with a mixer until a paste-like consistency is achieved.

Step 2

Fill the caps of the large white mushrooms with the crab and cheese mixture, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top.

Step 3

Place on a non-stick baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 374°F. Serve with parsley.
