Cool the boiled fish, remove the bones and cartilage, slice into even pieces, and arrange on a plate.
Step 2
The garnish for the fish can be arranged on one or both sides. The choice of garnish depends on the season and taste (tomatoes, fresh cucumbers sliced, gherkins, white and red cabbage, green salad or potato). You can also serve carrots or green peas dressed with vinegar and oil as a garnish.
