Description

- Lemon - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Ground ancho chili pepper - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Lime - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Prepare the freshly caught sturgeon by gutting it and removing the skin. Cut the flesh into cubes of varying sizes.
Step 2
Dice the sweet and hot peppers, as well as the red onion, into small cubes. Mix olive oil with lime juice, lemon juice, and their zest, then season with salt. Toss the sturgeon meat cubes with the pepper and onion cubes in this dressing. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for ten to twelve minutes before serving.
