- Omul - 1 piece
- Scallions - 1.1 oz

- Lemon - ½ piece
- Ocean salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the slightly frozen omul into fillets and remove the skin.
Step 3
Check the fillet for bones and remove them using tweezers.
Step 4
Cut the fillet into large pieces about 3 cm on each side.
Step 5
Slice the green onion into rings.
Step 6
Place the fish pieces and onion rings in a bowl.
Step 7
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
