Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the meat in a pot, pour in 3 - 3.5 liters of water, and bring to a boil. When the water boils, skim off the foam and continue to simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Step 2
15-20 minutes before serving, add the peeled and chopped carrots, parsley, onion, and young cabbage to the broth; cut the cabbage heads into large wedges (4-6 pieces), then add whole peeled potatoes and salt.
Step 3
Before serving, add the chopped tomatoes to the pot, allow the broth to boil, and ladle into bowls, placing a wedge of cabbage, 2-3 pieces of potato, tomatoes, dill, or parsley in each bowl.
