- Armenian Lavash - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Herbs - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the tomatoes and feta cheese, and chop the herbs. Mix in a bowl, dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and add pepper. If the feta is not salty enough, add salt to taste.
Step 2
Place the filling on a sheet of lavash, tightly roll it up. Cut the roll into 2–3 pieces (depending on the length) to make thin rolls.
